Who we are
We founded this platform in 2022 with one goal: to modernize echocardiography education and make high-quality, expert-led learning accessible to every echo professional — no matter where they work.
While other medical fields embraced digital learning, echo was left behind. Board prep was outdated. Ongoing education was scattered, expensive, and hard to apply to daily practice. We built this platform to change that — combining clinical reasoning, expert technique, and modern tools that actually make sense.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, we publish high-impact lessons on Substack. Our board prep tools include tiered practice exams, flashcards, and study guides — built by professionals who’ve been through it themselves.
Since launch, we’ve grown to over 6,000 members across 136 countries, with more than 42,000 lessons read in the past month. Ongoing feedback from our global community shapes everything we do — from content design to product improvements.
We believe better education leads to better care. That’s why we offer both free and premium resources — and why our mission is to build the most trusted, advanced echo learning platform in the world.
