REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
All sales are digital and non-tangible. Due to the nature of our products, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at alex@theechojournal.net within 7 days of your purchase date.
Paid newsletter subscriptions (The Echo Journal on Substack): Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the billing date may be considered if no issues of the newsletter have been accessed during that period. Substack subscription billing is managed through Substack's platform and is subject to their terms.
Board prep study plans: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered if the study materials have not been accessed or downloaded.
CME activity subscriptions: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered if no CME activities have been opened or accessed. Once any activity content has been viewed, the subscription is non-refundable. Please refer to our CME Activity Policy for complete terms.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
